Refund Policy and Cancellation policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless a class is canceled by DNA Group Fitness.

If DNA Group Fitness cancels a class, participants may transfer their payment to another available class date or time. No cash refunds will be provided.

Due to limited class space, all no-shows and missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
